• Kidney problems. While taking Orlos, your doctor may want to monitor your kidney function to ensure it is working properly. If you have any of the following symptoms of kidney problems, stop taking Orlos and contact your doctor immediately:
  • Swelling, specifically of the hands and feet
  • Little to no urination
  • Frequent or painful urination
  • Blood in the urine
  • Loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting
  • Severe pain in the back, belly or groin
• Gallbladder problems. If you have any of the following symptoms of gallstones, stop taking Orlos and contact your doctor immediately:
  • Pain in the upper right portion of the stomach
  • Nausea and vomiting
